CTAD Congress having its primary place of residence at 154, avenue de Lodève - 34070 Montpellier (France) is in charge of the management of registrations and organization of the CTAD conference, October 29 - November 1st, 2024.
CANCELATION CONDITIONS: Cancelation must be notified in writing by email (ctad-registrations@ant-congres.com) at the latest by September 15th, 2024 in order to qualify for a refund of the fees paid minus a 100€ processing fee. After this date, no refund will be possible.
IMAGE RIGHTS AUTHORIZATION: I authorize the organization of the CTAD to take pictures and film during the entire event (October 29 - November 1st, 2024 - Madrid, Spain) and to use these pictures or video on the website of the conference (www.ctad-alzheimer.com). I can decline at any moment to have, by sending an email to ctad@ant-congres.com. The present authorization is personal and non transferable and only applies to the supports explicitly mentioned.
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION: The form on the registration page is destined to allow you to register to a professional congress. The fields marked by an asterisk are mandatory. If the fields aren’t filled, the registration is impossible. The information that you’re communicating are destined to the CTAD Secretariat authorized personnel in charge of the treatment. The maximal duration for preserving your personal data is 5 years from your last participation to one of our events (or 3 years of inactivity for prospect data). The legal ground for the use and management of your personal data by CTAD Secretariat and our partners may be based on your consent, our lawful interest as a conference manager to market registrations or on your lawful interest as a professional who is seeking training courses. We inform you that our participants may receive (as professionals) emails from us to inform them about future events and registration procedures. You may at any time unsubscribe to our newsletter by clicking on the link in the messages. In application of European laws and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (pertaining to data protection and access to personal data) you have the right of access, rectification, cancelation, and opposition of your personal data for lawful reasons. You can exercise your rights by email at: dpo-rgpd@ant-congres.com, or by regular mail to be sent to Service DPO, ANT CONGRES, 154 avenue de Lodève 34070 Montpellier, with a signed copy of your identity document.
The exhibitors are provided with barcode scanners. If the participants agree with the scan of the barcode printed on their name badge onsite, the exhibiting company receives name, postal address and e-mail address of the participants for the passing on of information material. If this is not desired, you need to refuse the scan of your name badge onsite.
