Good to know

Reduced fees are available for Early Career Scientists (ECS). An ECS is a student, a PhD candidate, or a practising scientist who received their highest certificate within the past seven years.

  • Reduced fee quota: limited to 10 registrations.
  • Extra cocktail ticket: one accompanying person per participant.
  • Extra cocktail quota: limited to 20 tickets.

(*) Reduced fees are available for Early Career Scientists (ECS). Please note that the number of registrations in the reduced fee category is limited to 10.

(**) Extra tickets for the cocktail reception on Wednesday 24 are available for one accompanying person per participant. Please note that the number of extra tickets is limited to 20.

Registration policy

The registration of participation is binding. Participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Method of payment: bank transfer only.

Cancellation: If you have to cancel your registration, you get 50% back until 60 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
