Welcome to AI Epilepsy 2027 - Breckenridge, Colorado

February 22–25, 2027

Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to welcome you back to Breckenridge for the 5th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Epilepsy and Neurological Disorders.

Since our inaugural meeting here in 2023, artificial intelligence has advanced at extraordinary speed. The conversation has moved beyond what AI might do to questions of what works, what can be trusted, and what will meaningfully improve the lives of our patients?

AI Epilepsy 2027 will bring together clinicians, neuroscientists, engineers, computer scientists, regulators, and innovators from around the world. Last year, we had representation from 27 different countries. From AI-enabled diagnostics, seizure forecasting and multimodal data to precision therapeutics, neuromodulation, generative AI, and clinical decision support, we will explore how these technologies can move from algorithms and datasets into real-world neurological care.

We will also address the challenges that will determine their success: rigorous validation, generalizability, explainability, equitable access, and responsible clinical implementation.

After a memorable gathering in San Juan in 2026, we return to the mountains where this conference began, with the same goal: to bring together the people building the future of AI in neurology in general and epilepsy in particular with those responsible for turning that future into better patient care.

We look forward to welcoming you to Breckenridge.
