On-demand sessions
The on-demand session overview shows all sessions available for on-demand viewing.
Should you have a question for the speaker of a session, you can contact the speaker via the contact form.

ePosters
The ePosters consist of a 5-min presentation narrated by the author. They are available in the ePosters section and grouped per specialty. You are able to ask a question to the author via a question box next to the presentation.

Abstracts
All abstracts (oral presentations and poster presentation) are available on this platform until 31 March 2021.

CME points
The ISBT2020 is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH). Participants will earn credits for each of the educational sessions viewed on the ISBT 2020 virtual platform. A certificate of attendance will be sent after the congress showing the number of credits according to the sessions viewed.

Opening hours exhibition
The official opening hours of the exhibition are from 09.00 – 17.00 CET on the official congress days (12 – 16 December). During these times all booths will be manned. The exhibition will remain open 24h a day but it might be you are unable to connect to booth staff outside the above mentioned opening hours. 

Will my data be shared with sponsors and exhibitors?
Your data will only be shared if you actively click on sponsored content or visit a virtual booth. Sponsored content can be recognized by a sponsor name or logo. Please note everything on the platform is “clickable”, therefore, if you click on content or a logo your data will be shared with that specific sponsor or exhibitor.

How can I find a sponsor or exhibitor?
Please visit the exhibition floorplan. Here a full overview of all sponsors can be found.

How can I interact with sponsors?
Each sponsor or exhibitor has their own exhibitor page. Here you can chat, video call or leave a message via a contact form. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with them!

How can I interact with fellow participants?

Live Chat
We offer a chat on the main page of the platform. Via the chat you can have a live interaction with everyone who is currently on the platform. Reach out to your fellows and have a conversation!

Social Event
During this ISBT2020 virtual we will have a separate “island world”. Explore this world, walk around and have random video conversations with your colleagues. Join the several events which are planned in this “world”.

What device can I use to access ISBT2020?
This platform is accessible via any device that can connect to the Internet via an Internet browser; this could be your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. The experience is fully responsive to any device. If you login with the same account from a different device, you pick up from where you left off. You can log in from different devices on your ISBT2020 Congress account. However, note that you can only watch sessions on one device at a time.

How do I watch presentations on my mobile device?
This platform is mobile responsive and is automatically formatted to play on most mobile devices. Simply log in on your mobile device. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every mobile device as operating system requirements frequently vary.

Do I have to be online to access the platform?
Yes. ISBT2020 requires that you are online and logged in to view the content. Also note that you can only watch sessions on one device at a time.

Are there any technical requirements needed to access ISBT2020?
This platform is designed to be easily accessible for all delegates. To access the platform, you will simply need a device with audio (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and a stable Internet connection.

In order to have the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, but other browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 11+ can also be used. However, we do not recommend Internet Explorer as some functions, such as the chat, are not fully supported.
