CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
Breakfast and city taxes are included in the rates. Supplement and extras will have to be paid directly to the hotel upon check out. The hotel will ask for your credit card as a guarantee of your extras.
An individual confirmation will be sent automatically. If the payment online is not accepted, the booking will not be registered and will automatically be cancelled.

In case of no-show, the deposit paid will not be subject to refund.
In case of modification (cancellation after the deadline of one or more nights) or early departure, the total stay initially booked will be charged to the participant.
