CTAD26 call for abstracts is now open!
Please note that if you submitted in the previous years, you need to re-create a submission space.
Abstracts accepted for presentation at CTAD26 will be published in a supplement of the Journal of Prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease after the event. It is thus essential to follow the below instructions in preparing your abstract. Abstracts submitted in an inappropriate format will not be considered for presentation and/or publication.
A / Abstract Information
This online abstract submission will close on June 2, 2026 (11:59 p.m. US Eastern Time). No late abstracts will be accepted. Presenting authors will be notified of the Scientific Committee's decision regarding acceptance of their abstracts by June 20th, 2026.
B / Submission Guidelines
1) Access your personal depositary space:
- If you already have an account, enter your login below;
- If you do not have an account yet, click on "create your depositary space"
2) Choose “New abstract”.
3) Enter your abstract title and select from the scroll-down menu:
- Type of presentation (In-Person Symposium, In-Person Oral Communication, Poster presentations). If your abstract is selected, the Scientific Committee will decide on the type of presentation. Do not submit twice in two different categories. Only poster presentations can be presented remotely.

It is the author's responsibility to submit a structured abstract according to the instructions to authors. Abstracts not respecting the format, with language editing required or no data will be automatically discarded.
4) Write the name of the presenting author (Last name, first name, email, affiliation, [in the 'Affiliation' field, please indicate your hospital, company name], City, Country). The affiliation's number will be "1" and tick the box "Speaker". The information relative to the abstract will be sent to the presenting author. Click on "New Co-Author" if you want to add co-authors (15 max). You must have obtained prior authorization from your co-authors.
Acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract submission will be sent to the Presenting Author's email address immediately upon submission. In addition, all communications regarding abstract acceptance and presentation will be sent to the Presenting Author’s email.
5) Please click on this link and carefully read the Abstract Guidelines before submitting an abstract. Abstracts can only be submitted electronically through this web page. Abstracts not abiding by the guidelines will be rejected.
6) You can now preview and save your abstract, you have the option of modifying it before validation.
7) To submit your abstract, please click on "Submission", from this moment on, you will not be able to make any changes in your depositary space.
For students who have submitted an accepted communication, the in-person registration fee will be 530 $. A link will be sent to you by email to register.
