By submitting an abstract, the submitting author agrees to the following terms:
1. Intellectual property
All abstracts remain the intellectual property of their authors. By submitting, the author grants the conference organizers a non-exclusive license to review the abstract and, if accepted, to publish it in official congress materials such as the abstract book, online program, or website.
2. Confidential review process
All abstracts will be handled in strict confidence during the review process. They will be accessible only to members of the scientific or abstract review committee. Reviewers are bound by confidentiality and are not permitted to use, disclose, or distribute the content of any abstract outside the review process.
3. Publication and public disclosure
If selected, the abstract will be made publicly available through official conference channels. Authors must ensure that all content is appropriate for publication and that all co-authors have approved the submission. Sensitive or proprietary information should not be included unless appropriate protections are in place.
4. No guarantee of acceptance
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Abstracts are subject to evaluation by the scientific committee, which reserves the right to accept or reject submissions based on quality, relevance, and adherence to the submission guidelines.
5. Responsibility and compliance
The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the abstract complies with all applicable ethical, legal, and institutional requirements, including copyright and confidentiality obligations. Any issues regarding intellectual property or third-party content are the responsibility of the authors.
