KEY4EVENTS call for abstracts is now open !

Abstracts accepted for presentation at key4events will be published in a supplement of the Journal of key4events after the event. It is thus essential to follow the below instructions in preparing your abstract. Abstracts submitted in an inappropriate format will not be considered for presentation and/or publication.

A / Abstract Information

This online abstract submission will close on June 30, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA). No late abstracts will be accepted. Presenting authors will be notified of the Scientific Committee's decision regarding acceptance of their abstracts by the end of June 2026.

B / Submission Guidelines
 

1) Access your personal depositary space:

- If you already have an account, enter your login below;

- If you do not have an account yet, click on "create your depositary space"

2) Choose “New abstract”.

3)  Enter your abstract title and select from the scroll-down menu:

• Type of presentation (Oral Communication or Poster presentations). If your abstract is selected, the Scientific Committee will decide on the type of presentation. Do not submit twice in two different categories. Only poster presentations can be presented remotely. 

• Topics (for Oral Communication and Poster Presentations only) 

  1.Clinical trials: methodology 

  2.Clinical trials: results  

  3.Clinical trials: imaging 

  4.Clinical trials: biomarkers including plasma 

  5.Clinical trials: cognitive and functional endpoints 

  6.Cognitive assessment and clinical trials 

4) You can now preview and save your abstract, you have the option of modifying it before validation.

5) To submit your abstract, please click on "Submission", from this moment on, you will not be able to make any changes in your depositary space.
