Registration fee includes access to all conferences, coffee breaks, light lunches, meet and greet time at the conference center and congress bag with documentation

 

Payment:

No registration will be processed without the corresponding payment or copy of an official order (France). On receiving your application form we will send you a confirmation back as well as an invoice.

Cancellation policy and refund:

Please notify by writing if you wish to cancel or modify your registration.

  • Cancellation until March 01st, 2024:  refund of the total amount except 15 euros fee for the registration.
  • Cancellation after March 01st, 2024: no possible refund
