Author Duties & Publication Ethics

CTAD Asia 2027 is committed to scientific integrity, transparency and responsible publication practices.

Author Responsibilities

🔬
Scientific Accuracy
Authors should present an accurate account of the work performed and an objective discussion of its significance.

Underlying data should be represented accurately.

Poster presentations and oral communications should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work.

Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
✍️
Originality & Citations
Authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works.

When using the work or words of others, these must be properly cited or quoted.

Authors should not submit research already published or previously presented elsewhere.

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given.
👥
Authorship
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions.

Contributors should be acknowledged appropriately.

The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors approve the final version and agree to submission.
⚠️
Conflicts of Interest
Authors should disclose any financial or substantive conflict of interest.

All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.

Corrections and Errors

When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his or her work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the CTAD and JPAD Scientific Committee.

Authors should cooperate in retracting or correcting abstracts, posters or oral communications when necessary.

Authors remain solely responsible for their abstract, poster and oral presentation.

Responsibility Disclaimer

Papers presented during the Congress, whether oral, written or poster presentations, remain under the sole responsibility of their authors and co-authors.
