Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation until March 1, 2027: full refund minus an administrative fee of €15.
- Cancellation after March 1, 2027: no refund possible.
We encourage participants to contact the registration secretariat as soon as possible in case of any modification.
