Sviatlana Vlasava

Dr. Sviatlana Vlasava is an Associate Professor at Belarusian State Medical University in Minsk (Belarus), received her MD and PhD from the BSMU in 1993 and 2001, respectively. Dr. Vlasava was as a winner international scientific competitions that allowed her to obtain training courses outside of her country: at UK Institute of Neurology, Queen Square Hospital, Department of Clinical Neurophysiology, London (UK), University Hospital Ulm (Germany), Charite University Hospital, Department of Clinical Neurophysiology, Berlin (Germany), Hospital of TCM of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Beijing (China) etc.

She is a professional researcher who organizes and conducts studies in neurology, EMG, transcranial VEP, diagnostic and therapeutic transcranial magnetic stimulation, kinesiology diagnostics, sport medicine.

Dr. Vlasava worked as a Neurologist, Neurophysiologist, Sports doctor and Rehabilitologist at the national and abroad hospitals, as a member of the team for medical and biological support of the national team for rowing and canoeing of Belarus. She studied movement disorders as the consequences of neurological diseases, the pathophysiology and neurophysiological verification of the disorders and rehabilitation of the patients suffering from the pathology. She has over 146 scientific papers.
