Joe Symonds

Joe Symonds graduated from the Univeristy of Dundee in 2008, having done an intercalated degree in International Health at Leeds University.

Through his paediatric training he has worked in Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Inverness and Glasgow. Throughout this time he has developed an interest in paediatric epilepsy. Under the mentorship of Professor Sameer Zuberi at the Univeristy of Glasgow he completed a PhD entitled "The Potential Impact of Genotype-Driven Precision Medicine for Children with Epilepsy". This was completed under the mentorship of Professor Sameer Zuberi; and was awarded from the University of Glasgow in 2019. ​
