TO REGISTER

In-person attendance for CTAD is no longer possible. Virtual attendance is open and you can still register remotely and submit an abstract for remote poster presentation.

If you are not registered for onsite attendance and your abstract is accepted for an in-person oral communication or in-person poster presentation a registration link will be sent with your acceptance letter

Please note that due to limited space in the ballroom during the most attended presentations, there will be a live feed in another meeting room to accommodate participants registered for in-person attendance

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing by email (ctad-registrations@ant-congres.com) at the latest by September 1st, 2023 in order to qualify for a refund of the fees paid minus a 100$ processing fee. After this date, no refund will be possible. (but you may transfer the registration to a colleague at no fees).
