The International New Technology Institute, having its primary place of residence at 16 Chemin des Trières 34300 Le Grau d'Agde - France mandates ANT Congrès having its primary place of residence at 154 avenue de Lodève, 34070 Montpellier - France, for the management of registrations and the organization of he 8th International Congress WFLD-ED that will take place in Montpellier in May, 27th to 29th 2021.
Regitrations will be validated upon recepit of payment.
Once the registration is validated and payment received you will receive a confirmation by email along with an invoice.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Cancellation must be notified in writing by postal mail or email (wfld2021@ant-congres.com) to ANT Congrès at the latest by March 31st, 2021 in order to qualify for a refund of the fees paid minus a 50€ processing fee. After this date, no refund will be possible.
IMAGE RIGHTS AUTORISATION: I authorize the organization of the World federation for Laser Dentistry to take pictures and film during the entire event (from May, 28th 2021 to May, 29th 2021) and to use these pictures or video on the website of the conference (www.wfld2021-inti.com).
I can decline at any moment to have, by sending an email to wfld2021@ant-congres.com.
The present authorization is personal and non transferable and only applies to the supports explicitely mentioned.

The maximal duration for preserving your personal data is 5 years from your last participation to one of our events (or 3 years of inactivity for prospect data). The legal ground for the use and management of your personal data by ANT Congrès and our partners may be based on your consent, our lawful interest as a conference manager to market registrations or on your lawful interest as a professional who is seeking training courses. We inform you that our participants may receive (as professionals) emails from us to inform them about future events and registration procedures. In application of European laws and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (pertaining to data protection and access to personal data) you have the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data for lawful reasons. The exhibitors are provided with barcode scanners. If the participants agree with the scan of the barcode printed on their name badge onsite, the exhibiting company receives Name, postal address and e-mail address of the participants for the passing on of information material. If this is not desired, you need to refuse the scan of your name badge onsite.
