The agency ANT Congres, sise: 24 rue des soldats, 34000 Montpellier (France) is in charge of the management of registrations of the 4th AI Epilepsy and Neuro Conference , March 16-19, 2026.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Cancellation must be notified in writing by email (aiepilepsy-neuro@ant-congres.com) at the latest by January 16th, 2026 in order to qualify for a refund of the fees paid minus a 100$ processing fee. After this date, no refund will be possible (but you may transfer the registration to a colleague at no fees).

IMAGE RIGHTS AUTORISATION: I authorize the organization of the AI Epilepsy and Neuro to take pictures and film during the entire event (March 16-19, 2026 - Puerto Rico) and to use these pictures or video on the website of the conference (www.aiepilepsy-neuro.com). I can decline at any moment to have, by sending an email to aiepilepsy-neuro@ant-congres.com. The present authorization is personal and non-transferable and only applies to the supports explicitly mentioned.
