Registration Fees (from 6th May, 2017)

Full : 400 €

Reduced : 175 €

(*) Reduced fees : students (under 30 years) – please provide your student card

What is included in the registration fee ?

• Admission to all technical sessions (Monday to Friday)
• On-site luncheons, refreshments and all social events

Conference Dinner - Wednesday 5th July, 2017

* Delegates :  included in the fees (If you wish to participate please tick the box Conference Dinner. Number of places limited, "first come, first serve" basis)

* Accompanying person :  120 € (as from 6th May 2017) - Fully Booked (if you wish to be in a waiting ist, please send an email)

Payment

Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received.

You can pay either par credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank transfer.
All information can be downloaded from the registration platform.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy :

If you cancel your participation in the workshop, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the assembly. If the refund is made by bank transfer, bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.

Until 5th May 2017 : A 50 € cancellation fee will be applied to process the refund of registration fees.
As of 6th May 2017 : no refund of registration fees
