HOTELS : THE ONLINE BOOKING IS CLOSED
A number of hotels rooms in different categories have been negotiated at preferential rates for the period 11-14th of April 2018 with optional pre & post stays.
The hotels are located in Nice Center or near the congress venue. Room availability is guaranteed until January 2018. After that date, room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed. After this date, it may happen that the availability will be reduced.
All rates include breakfast, city tax, local VAT and service charges. The full payment must be done to our agency.
The cancellation conditions stays the same than described on our website.
The hotels are located in Nice Center or with easy access to the congress venue.
TOURS : THE ONLINE BOOKING IS CLOSED
A selection of tours are proposed through the website.
Timetable and description of the tours : please click on "Tours". You may book the tours during the reservation of your accomodation. Otherwise, you may book on a later stage through your personal account. Your login and paswword is sent after your first reservation of hotel.
Tours can be purchased at the Desk of the Housing bureau till one day prior of the tour date, further availability.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TRANSFERS : THE ONLINE BOOKING CLOSED
Private Airport transfers services may be proposed for your arrival and departure and can be done through the online booking form.
For the best service, please provide us all flight details and mobile phone in order to reach you.
The driver will welcome you at the airport with a sign on your name. For the departure, the pickup will be planned two hours before your departure time of your flight.
For any change of flight, please inform us directly by email.
The contact of the driver will be known one day before and will be sent on your mobile phone.
