Instead of traditional Q&A within the sessions, our goal is to build bridges between you, the delegate with the speakers by designing so called "Meet your speaker". After each session, during the breaks, speakers will be available for at least 15 mins at these "Question marks". These "Question marks" are located in the Exhibition hall. Find the designated ICEM colour in your session marked by a coloured balloon, and then find this coloured balloon in the Meet your speaker area of the Exhibition hall to ask questions to your speaker. This will remove any barriers between delegate and speaker to ask questions and will aim at building bridges during the conference.
Visit the unique and fun Marketplace located in the Exhibition Hall over lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with new owners daily.
What you need to know?
At the entrance, you will be given official “ICEM2023 money” which can only be used at the Marketplace. If you really like the stall, given them this money as a tip. Each stall will want as much tipping money as possible, so play along and get “value for money” from all the stall owners; they need to work for their tips, and they are happy to do so!!!
Who are the stall owners?
The stalls will be owned by members of IFEM groups!
