After your registration completion, you'll receive an email related to your credentials for accessing partneringONE platform.

Important deadlines: 

* July 15, 2015: Full partnering opens. Search for participants and start requesting meetings.

* August 28, 2015: Deadline to submit requests/acceptances to be included in the first round of scheduling. Acceptances received after August 31, 2015, will be scheduled in subsequent rounds in the week leading up to the conference or on site.

* August 31, 2015: First round of scheduling. All accepted meeting requests will be allocated a meeting time and location. Preliminary partnering schedule is posted to the Agenda and Meeting Schedule pages.

* September 1–8, 2015: Subsequent rounds of scheduling.

* September 9–10, 2015: Meetings will take place during NLSDays on September 9, 2015, 10:00-18:00 and September 10, 2015, 08:00-17:00. Meeting times are scheduled in 30-minute intervals, with the meetings expected to last 25 minutes. Print your meeting schedule from the partnering terminals on site.

* September 8, 2015: Locations of one-to-one meetings are added to the partnering schedules.

With partneringOne you can:

* import your profiles from previous partnering events powered by partneringONE,
* manage all your conference activities in your personal agenda,
* search and bookmark companies of interest for easy follow-up,
* send requests to meet others, accept or decline requests from others,
* let the system schedule a time and place for all your accepted requests,
* view the individual schedules of your company colleagues,
* include colleagues as participants in your one-to-one meetings at any time,
* receive notifications of new requests by SMS and/or email during the event,
* browse key pages of your partneringONE account on your mobile device during the event,
* download your company messages.

partneringONE software is web-based, so there is nothing to download to your computer. Just log in and connect with your conference community, anytime, anywhere.

Profile:
* Create a detailed company profile or upload your profile from past EBD Group and/or partneringONE client conferences.

Search:
* Start the partnering process six weeks ahead of the conference.
* Review partnering opportunities by therapeutic area, licensing status and other industry relevant search options.
* Select potential meeting partners from hundreds of company profiles.

Connect:
* Select times you are available for meetings on your Agenda/Schedule page.
* Participating companies may submit up to 150 meeting requests to selected companies, adding personal messages if desired.
* Accept or decline incoming meeting requests.
* Browse key pages on mobile devices.

Schedule: WE DO EVERYTHING ELSE FOR YOU!
* Meeting times and locations will be automatically assigned to mutually convenient times beginning one week prior to the conference.
* Meeting times are scheduled in 30-minute intervals, with the meetings expected to last 25 minutes.
* Keep an overview of all meeting participants, times and locations with a personalized schedule.
