 Venue & access
The access to the hotel is easy. Marseille is connected to several main cities in Europe on a daily basis (Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Zurich, Rome, Dusseldorf, etc.) so with one connection flight is actually accessible from everywhere.
The meeting point is in terminal 1 Hall A of airport of Marseille (International arrivals and departures)
We will wait you in this place
with announcement of 20th IUVSTA school. The participants from France will arrive in Hall B and need walking 5 min up to Hall A.
The departure of the bus is foreseen at 16h.

How to reach the Porquerolles island and IGESA hotel
Shuttle set-up by the organisation
To reach the Porquerolles island a bus is foreseen at the airport of Marseille on Sunday 17 September with the departure at 4:00 pm. This bus brings the participants to the port Tour Fondue, where the boat departure is scheduled at 7 pm to the Porquerolles island. For the participants who cannot be at Marseille airport at 4:00 pm the description of the way to the Porquerolles island is provided.
For the going back after the school, there will also a bus to reach the Marseille Airport on Thursday 21 September (arrival at 7.30 pm) from the Tour Fondue. The departure from Porquerolles by boat is planed for 5.00 pm, so the departure of the bus is scheduled at 5.30 pm.
If you are note able to take the shuttle proposed by the organization:
At the airport Marseille you have take a bus to the Marseille St Charles railway station (city center).
Departure from the Airport at 4:10 am, 4:50 am, then every 20 minutes until 7:50 am. Every 10 minutes from 8:05 am to 7:50 pm. Every 20 minutes then until 12:30 am. Last departure at 1:30 am

When you are at Marseille St Charles train station you need to buy a ticket for a train to go to Hyères, see plan.

A train departure is more or less every 30 min and the travel time is around 1h30 min

When you are at Hyères train station you have to go to the port Tour Fondue. There are two possibilities
Bus line 67 (2€), 31 min of travel time www.reseaumistral.com
From the port Tour Fondue you take a boat to Porquerolles. The tickets are available at the ticket office, the price of a round trips is 24€.
