Damien BACHASSON

Damien Bachasson (PT, PhD) is a transdisciplinary researcher in the Neuromuscular Physiology Laboratory at the Institute of Myology, Paris. He works at the crossroad between respiratory and locomotor muscle physiology, exercise physiology, bioengineering, and rehabilitation sciences. His main current research topics are interactions between muscle structure and function; primary and secondary muscle impairments induced by chronic disorders (neuromuscular disorders, respiratory diseases), or critical illness; exercise-based interventions and augmentation devices in neuromuscular disorders.
