Super Session 6 - Personalized HealthCare - Matching Medicines to Patients
•
Plenary Room A2
Session hosted by AstraZeneca & co-hosted by Innomedica
Over the past few years, a number of products that signal a new era of medical product development have entered the market or come on the horizon. Personalized HealthCare aims to match treatments to patients who will benefit from them the most. Developing new treatments in this way changes the way HealthCare is delivered to patients. It means better, more effective treatment for patients and enhanced value for payers. The session will address the challenges facing the Personalized HealthCare and Diagnostic players and how they are transforming the landscape of HealthCare.
Moderator: Ms. Tanja Dowe, Managing Partner, Innomedica
Speakers:
Mr. Joachim Reischl, Vice-President & Head Policy, Portfolio and Externalisation, AstraZeneca
Dr. Matt Ellis, VP Research and Development, Watson Healthcare & Life Sciences
Pr. Jan Liliemark - Programme Manager, The Swedish Council on Health Technology Assessment (SBU)
