The Exhibition Management and the French Vacuum Society (SFV) have been made aware of a service provider named Exhibition Housing Services (EHS), which has contacted a number of companies who are participating to the IVC-19 / ICN+T 2013 and partner conferences, citing the Congress, to offer hotel reservation services.

The SFV and organising partners have appointed the reservation centre ABOTEL as the sole authorised accommodation booking agency for the IVC-19 / ICN+T 2013 and partner conferences.The reservation centre ABOTEL can help you in your search. A specific site is available where you can directly book hotel rooms or apartments (http://ivc2013.abotelcongres.com/).
