Applicants for student rates must send (contact@ivc19.org) a scanned copy of their valid student identity card. This card must also be presented on-site when collecting the registration material.
The registration fees for participants and students include:
- admission to the technical sessions,
- admission to the exhibition hall,
- program book,
- conference bag,
- coffee breaks
- and poster reception on Wednesday 11 September.
Accompanying persons will have access to the exhibition hall only (free of charge)
If you pay by bank tranfer, the bank fees of the transfer must be at your expense.
Cancellation and refunds: 50€ administrative costs will be charged for cancellations of registrations by 12 July 2013. No refunds will be made if notice of cancellation is received after 12 July 2013. Only written cancellations will be accepted.
