▼ On site at the Congress
The Conference Secretary (reception, withdrawal records and on-site registration) will be located on Level 0 of the Conference Centre and will be open from TUESDAY 18th to Saturday 22nd October, from 9 a.m to 6 p.m.
For those who have pre-registered, please present the confirmation with barcode you have received (via email or mail) at the automatic counter or terminal provided for this purpose. Your badge, bag, voucher and gala evening ticket (if you booked) will be given to you there.
Those wishing to register on-site will be able to do so at the "self-registration" terminals. The secretary can be reached on-site on telephone number 01 40 68 XX XX from Tuesday October 18th to Saturday October 22nd, 2016.
▼ Access to the convention
Your badge (which contains all of your chosen options), must be worn at all times to give you access to the working sessions and to all events organized by the working groups, commissions, General Assembly of the UINL and the 28th International Congress of Notaries. Badges that are lost or forgotten will not be replaced.
▼ Lunches
Lunches are not included in the registration fee to UINL meetings
Lunches on October 20th, 21st and 22nd are included in the registration fee to the Congress.
