Individual Booking
28th International Congress of Notaries organizers have arranged some block bookings for participants in order to benefit from the negotiated rates
No booking will be confirmed if made without corresponding payment
Rates are breakfast included.
City taxes in supplement and eventual extras will have to be paid directly to the hotel upon check out.
Upon arrival, the hotel will ask for your credit card as a guarantee.
When payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent including a summary of your reservation with the complete hotel details.
- For online payment by credit card, an individual confirmation will be sent automatically. If the payment online is not accepted, the booking will not be registered and automatically cancelled.
- For payment by wire transfer in Euro, the confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment no later than 10 days after the booking. In case of no payment within this deadline, the booking will automatically be released.
Cancellation Policy
All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by email to congresuinl2016@alliancemeeting.com
- For any cancellation made before August 15, 2016 the deposit paid will be refunded minus 50€ for handling fees
- From August 16 to September 30, 2016 any cancellation will be refunded minus 20% for cancellation fees
- From October 1, 2016 any cancellation will not result any refund.
In case of no-show, the deposit paid will not be subject to refund
In case of modification (cancellation after the deadline of one or more nights) or early departure, we may charge to the participant the total stay initially booked
Payment
Payment of accommodation fees should be made in Euro (€) by the following methods:

For payment online by credit card through this secure website, if the payment is refused, the reservation will not be regsistered and automatically be cancelled.

Please do not forget to indicate your Inscription number and the reference of the congress on your order
For payment by bank transfer, payment must be received within 10 working days from the day of booking. If the payment is not received on due time, your booking will be automatically cancelled. The guest has to cover all occuring bank charges by making the bank transfer free of charge for the beneficiary. Please clearly indicate the ID, name of the guest and the reference of the congress on the bank transfer.
