The Conference participants with abstract accepted for presentation are invited to submit the papers for publishing in Special Issue “EVC-16 Selected Papers” in VACUUM (https://www.journals.elsevier.com/vacuum). The papers should be submitted to VACUUM using a standard Editorial Manager login at https://www.editorialmanager.com/VAC and select an option <Selected papers of EVC-16> in a drop-off menu.
All the submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review following a standard procedure for regular paper.
The papers should be submitted not later than 21 January 2022.
