We are pleased to let you know that we booked rooms in some hotels near the congress venue. Please see the list below.
The amount of one night (tax and breakfast included) will be charged on top of the registration fee.
The balance will be paid upon your check out.
Availibilty cannot be guaranteed, therefore we advise you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible and make a choice of 2 hotels to enable us to confirm one of the two.
Hotel special rates for three nights package (minimum).
A bus shuttle between your hotel and the convention center will be running each day. Its schedule will be posted in each lobby.

Cancellation and change policies:
Every request must be order by email.
• Until Dec 19th of 2015: No penalty is applied.
• Until Jan 19th of 2016: penalty of de 50% of the package
• Until Feb 19th of 2016: penalty of 70% of the package
• After Feb 19th of 2016: penalty of 100% of the package
For changes after issuance of the voucher will be charged an administrative fee of 100,00 € and must be paid at the time of the request. Changes will be accepted until March 19th of 2016 and subjected to availability.
