Registration for the 7th International Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery and Transplantation Symposium must be completed online.
Registration Fees:
The following registration fees and deadlines apply for IHSTS 2016.
The participant registration fee for IHSTS 2016 congress includes:
• Admission to the Congress and Exhibition area
• Congress documentation
• Welcome reception
• Daily breaks
• Daily lunches
Registation acknowledgement for bank wire:
Registration acknowledgment will be sent to you, upon confirmation by our bank.
Confirmation of registration:
Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of full payment. Registration for activities that are included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if booked. Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadlines to benefit from early/pre onsite registration rates.
Group registration:
Group registration will be offered to groups of 20 persons or more. Please contact

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods. Please note that we do not accept payment by Check.
Credit card
Payment by credit card is available only through the online form.
We accept: VISA and Mastercard
All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrant
The actual amount in your local currency is likely to change according to exchange rates.
The merchant name on your credit card statement will be “IHSTS16”.
Wire transfer
All bank remittances are to be paid by the registrant.
The sender’s name and confirmation number should be provided as the bank reference.
Please ensure that the sender’s name is on the remittance.

Payment deadline and conditions:

Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registration:
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the IHSTS Registration Department at nfontant@aphenix.com
Cancellation and refund policy:
All refunds will be made after the Congress.
All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

Name changes and substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. Name changes will be subject to an administration fee of 50 €.

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering France.
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation, in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the Congress are require to contact us: nfontant@aphenix.com
The Letter of Invitation should be considered as an official invitation to facilitate the processing of visas and/or documents needed for single entry to be able to attend the Congress. All delegates are responsible for the payment of all fees and expenses related to your participation at the Congress and Visa applications, as well as any necessary insurances for health and travel. This invitation does NOT include any financial aid such as waived fee, financial support or accommodation. Any misuse of the document will be subject to legal action.
