EBF 2017 OPENING HOURS
BADGES
Each badge should be taken at the welcome desk, in the Congress Center. The welcome desk open at 8:00 am, the 4th October.
Badges are needed all day to attend the congress and be allowed to go in each meeting room, and exhibition area. Badges will not be printed again.
ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
Attendance certificate are included in the badge. Original attendance certificate will not be printed again. Please keep you original document safely.
CONGRESS BAGS
Congress bags will be given to each fully registered delegate at the welcome desk.
COFFEE BREAKS
Coffee breaks for registered participants will be served in the morning from 11:00 am to 11:30 am and afternoon from 4:15 pm to 4:45 pm as in the exhibition area.
LUNCHES
Buffets will be served on the exhibition area (included in your registration fees).
NAME CHANGE
Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant. Name changes are not permitted.
