GUIDELINES FOR DISPLAY - EBF 2017 RULES & REGULATIONS
It is your responsibility to make sure that your booth plans comply with various congress center, safety, and exhibition display regulations. Please refer to the EBF2017 SPONSOR document, the OVERALL OPERATING STANDARDS & EBF 2017 - EXHIBITOR/USER OBLIGATIONS files.
HEIGHT & LENGHT LIMITS
If you are designing and building your own booth, or if you plan to erect pop-up structures within your space, you will need to be aware that :
- walls maximum hight is 3,00m
- other constrcutions (signage…) maximum hight is 4,00m.
- A maximum back wall height limitation of 3,00m is allowed.
- A maximum height of 3,00m is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space, (with a maximum of 1,00m height on all materials in the remaining space forward to the aisle).
Ex : for a booth space of 5,00 X 5,00 : maximum height is 3,00m, maximum back wall length is 5,00m and maximum rear half length is 2,5m of booth space wall.

PARTITION WALLS
Logos and branding are allowed to be shown on the rear face of partition walls when these walls overlook neighbouring booths. No exhibitor signage is to be posted in any public areas.
HANGING SIGNS
Hanging signs are not permitted.
FIXTURES AND FITTINGS
Under no circumstances can any type of booth fixings be made to the structure of the building including the walls, pillars and floor. Please refer to the OVERALL OPERATING STANDARDS & EBF 2017 - EXHIBITOR/USER OBLIGATIONS files.
LARGE BOOTHS
For booths larger than 20 sqm, all plans must be agreed in advance by EBF 2017. Please email details to sponsors@ebf-congress.com no later than 14 September 2017.
