*Important notice: STUDENT fee is only available for participants who are full time students in 2017 and for ECBHM residents. The rate is not available for post-doctorate students. Applicants for the student rate must send a copy of valid studentship card and a letter from their Dean of studies or Head of Department or on the ECBHM website resident list.

Registration must be received by July 15th, 2017, for registrants to qualify for the early registration rate. Registration is nontransferable. Participants are not registered for the meeting until their registration fees are paid in full. Your registration will only be confirmed if accompanied with the total payment and status certificate if necessary. You will receive a registration confirmation by email. Registration rate is validated on the date of receipt of the payment (stamp date on lettrer for payment by bank cheque). Online registration are available until the 27th September, for indivudual with credit card payment only. After 27th September, online registration will be closed and only onsite registration will be available, from 4th October to 6th October.

Name change: Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant.Name changes are not permitted.
