Congratulations to the winner of the Best Poster Prize:

The Best Poster Prize will be sponsored by the European Physical Society and will consists in 200 Euros.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Best poster prize, the Applicant must:

  • be a PhD students or postdocs
  • submitted their PhD thesis to the faculty not earlier than one year before the Conference
  • pay the registration fees
  • be present during the Closing ceremony

Application

To compete to the Best proster prize, applicant have to check "yes" in the Abstract submission form (section: Best poster prize) and must send by email to sabra.mahdaoui@vide.org before 30th June:

  • a cover letter (handwritten signature),
  • the submitted abstract
  • and a certification confirming their eligibility.


Procedure

The documents listed above, received by June 30th by email sabra.mahdaoui@vide.org, will be reviewed by the Jury.

The Awarded student will be rewarded during the Closing ceremony at the end of the conference.
